We really enjoy having a cat and Daisy seems content and affectionate. However, whenever anyone comes to visit, Daisy hides under our bed or in our bathroom. She doesn't allow strangers near her. When Lorraine first got here, Daisy would hiss at her. But Lorraine has been here for several days and Daisy has gotten used to her and lets her pet her. We read to Elliott every night in our room and Daisy will jump on the bed to be petted. Tonight we had the whole family plus pet on the bed at once.
Daisy has not been interested in Trevor and probably will ignore him until he starts crawling after her. But I am glad she is not hostile to our sweet new baby.
